Nuventura has developed a new generation of electricalswitchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which itnow industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to developnew products with its R&D department, it now ramps up its productioncapability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.

While Nuventura's business model builds on licensingits technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also suppliescore components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally,Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets.

​As Entrepreneur (f/m/x) in residence, you willact as an extension of the Managing Director and support on high-impact topicsacross the organization.

What will you be responsible for?

• Supporting the Managing Director in strategic planning, prioritization, and execution ofcompany-wide initiatives
• Preparinghigh-quality management presentations, board materials, and decision memos forinternal and external stakeholders
• Drivingfollow-up and execution on key initiatives across sales, operations, finance,and engineering, ensuring momentum and results
• Coordinatingcross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring clear ownershipand accountability
• Helpingimprove internal processes, documentation, and the company’s operating cadenceto support scalable growth

What do you need to bring into the company? 

• You have 1–4 years of professional experience inconsulting, strategy, operations, finance, or a fast-growing startup and havecontributed to complex, cross-functional initiatives
• You analyze problems in a structured way, turn data into clear insights, and support sounddecision-making
• You communicateclearly and confidently in English, both inwriting and verbally; you can collaborate in German or are willing to learn
• You take ownership oftopics end-to-end, work independently, and reliably drive initiativesforward
• You are comfortable navigating ambiguity,adapting quickly to changing priorities, and staying focused under uncertainty
• You create crisp,executive-ready presentations and work confidently withspreadsheets (PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel)
• You show strong curiosity for technology, business models, andorganizational dynamics and enjoy learning how companiesscale
