Working Student (f/m/x) Office Management

Nuventura has developed a new generation of medium voltage switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting and Finance Manager (f/m//x).

What will you be responsible for? 


  • Picture yourself as the conductor of our office symphony, ensuring everything runs harmoniously.

  • Take charge of our office supplies📦 and be the mastermind behind restocking our inventory when needed.

  • Dive into the world of numbers, supporting the preparation of accounting documents and approval processes.

  • Welcome visitors with a friendly smile 🙋‍♀️, manage incoming phone calls, and be the guiding star of our reception.

  • Become our mail guru 💌, sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and making sure our outgoing mail sets sail promptly.

  • Craft and implement office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that keep us on the right track.

  • Help us plan our office layouts and coordinate office moves effectively.

  • If you are a tech guru, you might just get to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure.

  • Ideally become the guiding start for new team members, ensuring a smooth entry into our Nuventura galaxy.

  • Manage and monitor the office budget efficiently. 💰

  • Find opportunities for process improvements and implement new systems. 🔄

  • Keep our team calendar in perfect sync 📅 – schedule and coordinate group meetings and produce ad hoc reports.

  • Play a pivotal role in planning and managing team events, contributing to a positive work atmosphere. 🎉

  • Become the guardian of our green companions🌿, nurturing them to keep our workspace vibrant.

What you need to bring in:

  • You have a solid background in Administration or Operations, and you know your way around building and documenting processes and SOPs.

  • Your written and spoken communication skills are top-notch.

  • You thrive when faced with challenges and you are a pro at finding your own solutions.

  • Your friendly and engaging demeanor makes you everyone's favourite colleague. 🤝

  • You are a pro at setting and managing expectations with professionalism.

  • You are fluent in both German and English, with language skills at least at C1 level.

  • You are a master of standard office software like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.

  • If you bring extra IT skills to the table, you are like a shining star in our book. 🌟
