Nuventura has developed a new generation of medium voltage switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter (f/m//x).

Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop a strategic workforce plan.

Job Analysis and Description: Create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each position.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruiting events for effective candidate sourcing.

Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to promote employer brand, attracting top-tier candidates.

Applicant Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications for the position.

Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.

Assessment and Testing: Administer any necessary pre-employment assessments or tests to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role.

Reference Checking: Verify employment history, qualifications, and references to ensure the accuracy of information provided by candidates.

Negotiation and Offer Management: Work with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary and benefits, and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Data Analysis: Analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and for continuous improvement.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruiting activities comply with employment laws and regulations.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

Talent Pipelining: Proactively build relationships with potential candidates to create a pool of qualified individuals for future roles.
What you need to bring in:

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering roles.

Proven track record in effective sourcing strategies and successful placements of professionals.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging practices, and capacity to integrate industry best practices into our recruitment process.

Advanced English skills (minimum C1). German is highly advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
