Project Manager Medium-Voltage Switchgear (f/m/x)
Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, replacing the world’s strongest greenhouse gas SF6 by simple dry air. Together with strategic partners we are now industrializing for scaling globally and serving customer projects around the world.
To support us on this step we are hiring a Project Manager (f /m /x) who will work cross-
functionally with external and internal touchpoints. In this crucial role you will have a major impact and responsibility by managing our external projects, such as onboarding of our partners and executing switchgear projects – either together with our partners or under our nuventura’s full responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you need to have good project management and communication skills - moreover being a good listener. A thorough technical understanding combined with a hands-on mentality are essential. You should give attention to detail and anticipate future needs. Your welcoming personality fosters collaboration, positivity and reliability. You have profound English and German language skills, ideally combined with a third language. Experience with electrical switchgear or related industries is a great plus, but no necessity. You are able to work in a fast
growing company, and establish structure and processes where they are not yet in place.
What will you be responsible for?

During our project execution, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, such as manufacturing partners, EPCs or end-users.

You will understand the customer projects from technical and commercial side, and break them down into activities for both internal and external stakeholders.

You lead switchgear projects where nuventura is fully responsible for delivery of a complete switchgear to end-users or EPCs.

You ensure successful market entry of our manufacturing partners starting from knowledge transfer, zero series production and go-to-market support.

You ensure the organization of necessary quality checks such as Audits, safety checks to enable customers to follow the standardized processes of Nuventura.

You play a vital role in standardizing the operational processes for our partner business model, and will contribute to the success factor of the partner business.
What do you need to bring into the company?

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in the field of engineering with prior knowledge of hardware products, preferably in switchgear.

At least 5 years of work experience, thereof 3 year in project management role.

An appetite to learn about our product with attention to detail and important nuances.

Management and monitoring skills for the assigned projects.

Ability and comfort to make independent decisions also in critical situations.

High sense of responsibility and teamwork.

A valid driver's license (B).

Very good written and spoken German (at least B2) and advanced English skills.

Full-time work permit for Germany and willingness to move to Berlin.

Willingness to travel to the customers around the globe.
