Partner Manager (f/m/x) 

Nuventura has developed a groundbreaking generation of medium voltage switchgear that is both innovative and environmentally sustainable. As we continue to expand our product line and scale our existing designs globally, we're looking for a driven and experienced Partner Manager (f/m/x) to join our team. 

The goal of this role is to manage the partner journey, contribute to the evolution of our partnership model, and drive growth through strategic initiatives. Partnerships are central to Nuventura’s business model, creating a win-win situation where partners access our patented technology while we leverage their customer base and local market presence. 

As our Partner Manager (f/m/x), you will play a key role in building and nurturing strategic partnerships that will drive the international growth of our SF6-free switchgear technology.

You will… 

​

  • Develop new partnerships committed to promoting, selling, installing, and servicing SF6-free switchgear. 

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through partner collaboration. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing all inquiries and providing exceptional support. 

  • Collaborate with partners to develop strategies to expand market reach within their territories. 

  • Support sales planning, provide customer support, and assist with partners' sales funnels. 

  • Coordinate partner onboarding and training, providing product expertise to ensure successful partnerships. 

  • Work closely with internal technical and sales teams to address partner needs. 

  • Provide market intelligence on competitors and the product landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

 


What do you need to bring into the company? 

 

  • An engineering background with a degree in business or industrial engineering. 

  • 3-7 years of experience in Commercial Partnerships, Strategy Consulting, Business Development, or Sales/Account Management. 

  • 2+ years of experience in the energy sector or working with B2B OEMs or manufacturers is a plus. 

  • Technical understanding of switchgear or other electrical equipment used in distribution. 

  • A flexible, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

  • Very strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with partners. 

  • Fluent in English (C1); additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
