Office Manager (f/m/x)

Nuventura has developed a new generation of medium voltage switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting and Finance Manager (f/m//x).

What will you be responsible for? 


  • You will oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

  • You will manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • You will support in preparing accounting  and running approval processes

  • You will perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

  • You will receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

  • You will further develop office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure they are implemented appropriately

  • You will assist with office layout planning and office moves

  • You shall ideally assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

  • You shall ideally own the onboarding process at nuventura

  • You will manage office budget

  • You will identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems

  • You will provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, doing research, and creating ad hoc reports

  • You will be contributing substantially to the fun@work at nuventura by planning and managing team events

  • You will take care of our plants

What you need to bring in:

  • You have experience in Administration or Operations. Especially in building and documenting new processes and SOPs

  • You have excellent communication and written documentation skills

  • You are able to work and solve issues independently, you come up with your own solutions

  • You are eager to find and implement optimizations and  new technologies to ensure a better working environment for all colleagues.

  • You are friendly and engaging. People just like you 

  • You know how to manage expectations 

  • You convince with professional written and spoken german and english skills (both at least C1)

  • You have excellent knowledge of standard office software like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365

  • Additional IT skills are very welcome
