Junior HR Manager (f/m/x)
Nuventura has developed a new generation of medium voltage switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting and Finance Manager (f/m//x).

What will you be responsible for?

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance evaluations, and any relevant documentation.

Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits programs. This may involve communicating benefit options to employees, processing enrollments and changes.

Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll activities, processing timesheets, addressing payroll-related queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries and concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering positive relationships between employees and management.

HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management: Managing HRIS software platforms, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting issues to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.

Legal Compliance: Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensuring organizational compliance with these laws, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Relocation Support: Provide comprehensive relocation support to employees, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, ensuring policy compliance, liaising with vendors, maintaining documentation, gathering feedback for improvement, and facilitating a smooth transition to new locations.

HR Projects and Initiatives: Assisting with special HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and organizational restructuring efforts.
What you need to bring in:

Education: Vocational Training (Berufsausbildung) in Office Management or Business Administration, or a related field may be preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English are essential for effectively liaising with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders, as well as for providing clear information and guidance.

HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and making sound decisions.
