Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which it now industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to develop new products with its R&D department, it now ramps up its production capability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.
While Nuventura's business model builds on licensing its technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also supplies core components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally, Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/x) System Operations to join our team! What will you be responsible for?

Provide IT Support: Offer IT administrative support to our team, manage hardware inventory, and coordinate repair processes.

Handle IT Inquiries: Prioritize IT-related internal requests and manage the ticket system.

Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with external IT service provider to resolve complex technical issues.

Assist with Onboarding: Help new employees get started by setting up workstations and provide IT support during their onboarding process.

Improve Documentation: Contribute to the creation of help articles and documentation for software and hardware.

Enhance IT Processes: Help continuously improve our IT service processes to make them more effective and efficient.

Participate in Projects: Get involved in IT projects to build or improve IT infrastructure and support change management.

What do you need to bring into the company?

Current Student: Enrolled in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Very good German and English language: Able to work and effectively communicate in both languages.

Passionate about IT: Interested in IT trends and technology, with some practical experience through internships or student jobs.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint: Familiarity with these tools and a willingness to learn more.

Independent and Proactive: Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage your tasks with a sense of ownership.

Committed and Available: Willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 6 months, ideally for one year.
