Electrical Technician (f/m/x)
Nuventura is a renowned climate technology company on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector. Our objective is clear: to render SF6, the world's most potent greenhouse gas, obsolete. We have achieved this ambitious goal through innovation, developing cutting-edge electrical switchgear that replaces SF6 with clean, breathable air.
Our business model involves licensing our products to global manufacturers, supplying core components to them, and manufacturing complete products for our domestic markets. We have recently established a new base in East Berlin, combining our office and R&D space as we expand our revolutionary technology globally. You will:

Electrical Assembly: Independently assemble and install electrical components, including wiring, low-voltage cabling, and electrical enclosures. Ensure the proper integration of all electrical systems.

Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis: Identify and document faults in electrical components, and work with engineers to resolve issues effectively.

Testing & Calibration: Use electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and leakage test equipment) to ensure proper functionality, safety, and compliance with standards.

Rework & Repair: Rework electrical components when necessary, using hand tools such as drills, grinders, and other specialized equipment to modify parts.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., electrical wiring standards, CE marking, etc.).

Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and insights during the design and testing phases, ensuring electrical systems function seamlessly within the overall project.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of work completed, including detailed reports on fault diagnoses, repairs, and testing results.
What do you need to bring into the company?

Electrical Expertise: Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical technician, or similar field with strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Hands-on Experience: Solid experience with electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, circuit troubleshooting, and using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, testers).

Technical Reading: Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide assembly and troubleshooting.

Independence & Reliability: Ability to work autonomously, managing your tasks and time effectively to meet deadlines.

Attention to Safety: A strong commitment to electrical safety standards and protocols, especially when working with high-voltage systems.

Communication Skills: Good teamwork and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

Driver’s License: A Class B driver’s license is a plus for occasional transportation tasks.
