Quality Inspector (f/m/x) 

Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which it now industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to develop new products with its R&D department, it now ramps up its production capability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.  

 

While Nuventura's business model builds on licensing its technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also supplies core components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally, Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets. 
 
As nuventura’s new Quality Inspector you will be the owner for the processes of incoming, in-process and final quality control. You will create comprehensive quality reports and develop the format of inspection. You will own these processes start to finish and will have time and space to optimize and future proof them. 
 

 

What will you be responsible for? 

 

  • You are the owner of processes: Incoming Quality Control; In-Process Quality Control;  and, Final Quality Control.  

  • You evaluate components according to the requirements (from designer, client, industrial standards).   

  • You create quality reports for each quality check point. 

  • You develop the format of inspection to meet 0 defective parts passed to production. 

  • You create non-conformance reports and lead the team for investigation and perform adequate actions to mitigate impact for production and development.   

  • You process all necessary paperwork including transactions in ERP. 

  • You improve inspection process (suggest tools, revise inspection process, improve the workspace, etc).  

  • You report and control execution of actions for quality improvements. 

  

 

What do you need to bring into the company?  

 

  • The knowledge of metrology and metrological methods.

  • Experience using various measuring tools.

  • The knowledge and prior experience in ERP.

  • Ability to read technical drawings.

  • Confident computer user.

  • Wish to learn new processes and software.

  • We are working with heavy equipment. You should be open to move palettes.

  • Ability to communicate and cooperate between departments.

  • Accuracy in work and attention to details.

  • Written and spoken German basics (ideally) and advanced English skills.
