Accounting and Finance Associate (f/m/x)
Nuventura has developed a new generation of medium voltage switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. The existing product line is in the process of being expanded in new development projects as well as a global application-scaling of existing designs. For this expansion we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounting and Finance Associate (f/m//x).

At Nuventura, as an Accounts & Finance Associate (f/m/x), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate completion of our financial statements and reporting. Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners, you will help maintain financial compliance while supporting the growth of our finance function. This role covers a range of activities, from day-to-day bookkeeping to managing key financial processes, offering you a dynamic and impactful position.
What will you be responsible for?

Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Collaboration: Work with various departments and external stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and compliance.

Cash Flow & Bookkeeping: Oversee payments, cash flow, and daily bookkeeping to maintain financial stability.

Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

External Relations: Serve as the primary contact between Nuventura and external accounting firms, ensuring strong partnerships.

Global Finance Support: Contribute to finance projects in an international context, supporting global financial success.

Process Guidance: Help onboard new team members by explaining accounting processes and ensuring clarity in financial workflows.

Compliance & Data Management: Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
What you need to bring in:

Experience: 3+ years in financial closing and bookkeeping, with a solid understanding of HGB.

Software Skills: Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in DATEV, DUO, and ERP systems.

Communication: Strong language skills in both German and English, enabling smooth collaboration across teams.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to financial data management and reconciliation.

Positive & Open Personality: A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute ideas while focusing on hands-on accounting work.

Budgeting & Expense Management: Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
